Depression is a common word and is most often related to young adults.... the YOLO gen or Gen Y
Guys today in this blog I am serious because this thing can shit the freak out of a person and the worst part is you gotta have no idea that someone in your family , friends has it, worse even the person sometime have no freaking clue that there is depression.
So my dear freinds out there i am sorry once again for not posting for so long its idiotic i know my bad...... anyway
look guys the symptoms are sometime so mundane that we tend to ignore them its a heck of a disease man i swear God this is a damn disease , its yo gangsta it'll screw the hell out of you
it results in suicide,collapse of family, breakup , mental disorder
well if you are in a relationship and had a breakup or fight , i would beg you to mend it if you were serious or apologise because that one word can break up someone to a level you have no idea
1) winter blues - just in case a weather change occurs (it would obviously) it may happen you may feel bad ,lack confidence but this is temporary
2)do you smoke ? well you just got another reason to kick that out of your house
Culprit -Nicotine
3)do you know about Thyroid ?yeah must have heard of it, right? Its a butterfly-shaped gland in the neck. it basically releases hormone ,if it doesnot then boy! you may fall in the red zone
4) booze! booze! my party night no sleeping party , full house party , are you a TGIF freak
your bad sleeping habits can put your biological clock go mad ...and then boom!

Parents- bad parenting and abuse can put children at risks of depression ...
6) Conflict - dont mess with your partner if he/she is not a cool person!
eat omega 3 , fish actually , CHOCOLATE (eating dark chocolate every day for two weeks reduced stress hormones, including cortisol) not too much ........listem to your mom eat fruits and veggies, coconut,banana
SO GUYS always help such people be kind ,dont be rude be helpful,and be happy and make everyone smile love you .........see ya
